“Enabling Compassionate Care on the Journey to End of Life”
We want everyone on the Fylde coast to have access to good end of life care in the place they choose:
the hospice, the hospital, a residential nursing home or their family home.
Everyone at the hospice supports a set of five values, which underpin not just what we do, but how we do it!
In every part of the hospice our Values speak volumes about the services we provide to local families and about our relationships with supporters, suppliers, members of the public – and each other.
It means we are always:
We put people first…
The hospice was assessed by Investors in People and awarded the coveted Gold standard – joining the top 13% of accredited organisations across the UK who work hard to realise the potential of their people.
